Описание

This is a white wine with straw – yellow color, combining the characteristics of both varieties. Pinot Gris gives us a feeling of freshness, fruity-grassy notes, while the temperamental Sauvignon Blanc gives density and juiciness to the taste. The wine has an aroma of ripe citrus and tropical fruits such as grapefruit and mango, but with fresh grassy notes. The carefully selected grapes, coming from the nearby vineyards and fermented in a controlled manner at low temperatures, carry the spirit of the sunny slopes near the village of Botevo. A wine produced by old technology in modern conditions.
